Dressing up for Halloween can be hard when you’re expecting a baby. Even if your bump isn’t very big yet, costumes can be uncomfortable, and sometimes aggravate certain pregnancy symptoms. Which is why Halloween themed pregnancy shirts can be a great alternative!
Themed shirts are typically far more comfortable for pregnant women than trying to dress up. And when you’re pregnant, comfort is the definitely the priority.
Wearing a shirt instead of a costume doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the Halloween fun. There are actually quite a few Halloween maternity shirts with fun designs and quotes.
Of course, finding those shirts can be another matter. I scoured through Amazon and found the best pregnancy shirts to wear on Halloween. And I’m going to share my list with you!

The Best Pregnancy Shirts For Halloween
Since Amazon Prime is a mom’s best friend, I searched through Amazon’s shirt offerings to find the best ones.
(But really, Prime really is every mom’s best friend. If you don’t have it yet, you probably will soon. And I recommend that you do get it—it has so many benefits, especially for families. Sign up for a free trial and see what I mean!)
I wasn’t expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised with what I found!
Don’t Eat Pumpkin Seeds
This is my absolute favorite Halloween maternity shirt that I found! The quote is so cute, and I love the colors! As soon as I saw it I started hoping to be pregnant in the Fall so I could wear this shirt.
While this isn’t my personal preference, the skeleton baby is a very popular shirt. Many moms love shirts with this design, and it comes in a variety of colors.
Pumpkins make the perfect play on your bump, especially if you’re farther along.
Kick or Treat
“Kick or Treat” is an adorable play on trick or treating. Unfortunately, this one only comes in one color, but the quote largely makes up for that.
Monster Eye Ball
This shirt is definitely my second favorite Halloween pregnancy shirt. The color is perfect, in my opinion, and it’s a great way to “dress up” without actually dressing up.
Using your bump as your own personal jack-o-lantern is a great way get into the Halloween spirit, without being uncomfortable.
